In Knox's transition to Brightspace, many have wondered how Brightspace and Google Classroom are similar to (and differ from) one another. In this workshop, Chris Patterson (Digital Scholarship Coordinator) is joined by Todd Heidt (Professor, German) and Chad Simpson (Associate Professor, English) in comparing and contrasting the two teaching tools. Through this workshop, participants will hear about Todd's and Chad's experiences in navigating from using Google Classroom to using Brightspace, including both high and low points. 

As a function of this workshop, participants will be able to:

1. List 2 functional differences between Brightspace and Google Classroom
2. List 2 functional similarities between Brightspace and Google Classroom
3. Explain how to perform at least 2 basic classroom functions in both Brightspace and Google Classroom
